Custom orders are deemed Final Sale, and CANNOT be returned or refunded. Please reach out immediately if you are not happy with your order, and we will be more than happy to accommodate to the best of our ability.  

Every order is custom made, and pricing will depend on project. Laser engraving services start at $30. Please email Cortez@customkreativegoods.com, text/call 217-714-1265 or inquire here on our website for pricing on our other services.

Please allow 24-48 hours for response. When submitting an inquiry, please be sure to include full name, telephone number, email address, and preferred method of contact (phone, text email). Please also include as much detail as possible about order including projected date the order will need to be done and quantity of items needed. This allows us to quote the proper amount of time needed to complete the order. 

Large custom orders (corporate signage, bulk promotional orders, bulk apparel/hat orders, bulk tumbler orders) and commissioned rhinestone apparel orders may be subject to a 50% deposit at the time of ordering. Deposits are due immediately at time of invoicing. The remaining balance is due upon completion of project.

There is a one-time $50 fee if customer design is needed.

Invoices can be paid via PayPal, Venmo, credit or debit cards or ACH. Cash will be accepted for orders under $50.

Rush orders are subject to incur a fee based on the order and how quickly turnaround is needed.

Shipping may be available for orders depending on the size. Shipping will be paid by customer at time of ordering. 

Orders can be picked up locally, but we also offer free delivery within Champaign, Urbana and Savoy. 

Gift certificates are available for purchase.
